- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I read the last evaluation on this office and had to speak up. The receptionist has always been nothing but cheerful and talkative when I came in and dr ferrelli has been taking care of me on and off for probably well over ten years. The nurses are quick and competent and always happy and Dr Ferrelli is a gem and I think she is terrific. When I call to schedule an appointment there is never an extended long waiting period, and if it ends up being a bit of time before i can see her the receptionist has been apologetic and always says call daily in the morning as if there is a cancellation they can get me in.April 12, 2017by Leslie Kwiatkowski
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor seemed fairly knowledgeable but the receptionist was beyond unprofessional. All of the staff seemed to tip toe around the office on egg shells like they knew the receptionist was going to explode if they didn't do everything up to her expectations. One staff member even put her finger over her lips and said "shhh" when I asked who the receptionist was and why she seemed off her rocker. The receptionist truly gave a scowl to every patient that walked in the door. Avoid this doctors office at all cost.December 15, 2016by Scott Denise
