  I went there for 6 months with leg swelling. I was constantly being told it was blood clots and getting doplers. I ended up going to the emergency room because my leg was hurting bad. I had a 104 temperature, cellulitis, and septus. If I didn't go to the hospital I would be dead.

  I have been dealing with him since May to get something taken care of. They have put me through loops. Its now October and I have paid a couple hundred dollars in co-pays, and I’m still at the same spot I was at in May (not knowing anything about my injury). UB Sports Medicine is one of the worst businesses I have ever dealt with. The thing that sucks is They are Doctors and they are Gods they are their own Boss, so when they screw with you its fine but if you miss one appointment they charge you 40 dollars. UB Sports Medicine had rescheduled twice on me already to get something done. Then today I dragged my self at of bed after having 2 hours of sleep because I work 3rds go to my appointment at 8:15 I get there and while I’m sitting in the Office they call me a little after 8:00 and cancel my appointment. I was mad. After trying to figure things out I left, and had to call this doctors sectary that is a true peace of work and through a conversation to find out who is in charge she laughs at me because I’m so mad and tells me this doctor is the boss and I will tell him to call you. Doctors have no bosses they can screw you over and you can’t do anything, but like I said if we ever waste their time they charge us 40 dollars an hour. So what should I charge them for wasting my time for six months… NOTHING!!! Just start all over with another Doctor. Save the time and money go to another Doctor please.

  I've was a patient here for several years, I missed an annual physical because i was on vacation, and forgot about the appointment. When I tried to reschedule I got a call from them saying that I am no longer a patient there. They cited that their policy is that patients will not miss appointments, and cited that i have rescheduled appointments in the past. I've never heard of anything so ridiculous.
