- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We have 3 children that we have going to Sub Peds and they are great! We have seen almost all of the dr's there by now and have been pleased with all of them. They have squeezed us in for sick appointments on a Saturday and even if it ended up being nothing more than just a cold the Dr's were fantastic about it. I have 0 bad things to say about this office and highly recommend to anyone looking for a pediatrician.July 18, 2017by Randy Greiner
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have been a patient of this office for 15 years. All of my children have been taken care of here. However, the past several years the service has gone down hill. Getting through to a nurse is next to impossible. Making an appointment - impossible. The system keeps putting you through to a mailbox and it says that a nurse will call you back. When??? no one knows. I finally got through to a nurse today ( have been trying for several days) and need a "sick" appointment for my daughter for later in the day. The nurse said I will have to call back later because she can not schedule past 3 pm. It took me forever to get through this one time and they want me to call back. I asked for a manager to call me back - that was 6 hours ago. I am leaving this practice. I am very sorry for that - but the inefficiency is just too much!! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Awesome staff; doctors, nurses, reception, etc. They genuinely care about the kids that thay take care of, and always answer all questions that this parent has.
